Send the list.
Get it quoted.

A useful enquiry is a list: what, how many, in what unit, by when, and to where. This page assembles that into a written request you can keep or read out on the telephone — the site itself sends nothing.

Before you call Have the delivery address and the date you need it. Those two answers change the price more than the product does.

What not to send

Do not send card numbers, bank details, scans of identity documents or tax filings through this page or by message. Nothing here is encrypted, and none of it is needed to quote a list of materials.

To get a price you can act on

  • The line, with a size, grade or finish
  • Quantity, and the unit you mean
  • Delivery city or ZIP
  • The date you need it

If a line is unfamiliar, describe what it has to do rather than what it is called. That is usually enough to identify it.

Enquiry builder

Build the request.

Six fields. The output is plain text, written to be forwarded or read out loud — no formatting to lose, no attachment to open.

What the draft will contain

  • Who it is from, and how to reply
  • The department, the delivery city and the date needed
  • Your list, exactly as typed — no reformatting
  • A closing line asking for availability, unit price, freight basis and lead time
  • The address it goes to: info@onesourcedepot.net
  • The trade desk number, so it can be read out

Built from what you type, in this browser. Nothing is stored here; the draft opens in your own email app.

After you send

What comes back.

Not a catalogue and not a price list. A reply that answers the five things that decide whether an order can be filled.

  • Availability

Which lines are stocked, which are indent, and which are not available in the quantity or the date asked for.

  • Unit price

Priced in the unit the material is actually sold in, with the coverage or the count stated — not a headline square-foot figure that changes at the carton.

  • Freight

The basis: collect, prepaid and added, or delivered. Named, so it can be compared with another quote.

  • Lead time

The date we expect, and the reason if it is longer than the date requested. A date we cannot hold is not given.

  • The caveat

Shade variation, bundle selection, tolerance on a cut piece. Whatever applies to that line, said before the order rather than after.

Trade desk

Rather just
telephone?

A call is often faster than a form. Have the list, the delivery ZIP and the date to hand and the quote can usually be given while you are on the line.
