What this website is, and what it is not. Short, because the site performs no transaction.
The website
This site is published by OneSource Depot INC to describe the company and the departments it distributes. It is informational. It does not sell anything, take payment, or enter into a contract with you.
No offer, no price
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Prices, stock levels, lead times and freight rates are not published here because they change, and a figure that is right on one day is wrong on another.
A quotation is issued in writing, against a specific list, and it states its own validity period, freight basis and payment terms. Those terms govern the order, not this page.
Product information
Formats, sizes, finishes and test methods described here are the ranges normally traded in each category. They are general trade information, not a specification of any particular product or a statement that an item is in stock.
Natural and fired materials vary between lots. Colour, veining, grain and calibre shown or described anywhere on this site are indicative. Approval must be against a physical sample or the actual bundle.
Accuracy and liability
We take care to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on a written quotation or a product data sheet.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Content and images
The text, layout and design of this site belong to OneSource Depot INC. Photographs are used under the licences recorded in the site’s asset documentation, and where a licence requires attribution the credit is printed in the caption of the image.
You may quote short extracts with attribution. Please do not reproduce the site wholesale.
